I hate to overwhelm you but two other ranges of fabric demand to be featured.
The first is Rebecca, designed by Mary Koval for Windham Fabrics. This very romantic range is reminiscent of the English chintz from the 1800's. The florals will make some really stunning borders as well as real movement when cut into smaller pieces. See the whole range here. Some glimpses below.
The second range is Astor - and proof for my claim for the ascendence of yellow, it combines yellow and black beautifully. In fact I think it will end up a clothing for some of our customers.
This quote from the Windham site says it all - 'WILLIAMSBURG's newest collection Astor. This collection is a contemporary take on fabrics found deep in the textile archives at Colonial Williamsburg. Elegant patterns of flowers and leaves are painted in beautiful shades of gold, black, grey and cream.'
That large print on the horizontal bolt on top comes in both black and cream background and is seriously gorgeous.
And not as exciting, but surely under valued, are these new wide quilt backings - just in.
